At the BMAI we believe in sharing knowledge. It is key to developing as a martial artist. Bearing that in mind we offer a variety of courses and seminars, some are BMAI courses and some are offered by other instructors and associations.

BMAI - Advanced Effective Kicking
April 17th Saturday - London
Two of the BMAI's Senior Instructors will take students through what it takes to deliver and entre range ofkicks effectively. There are a number of factors that determine whether a kick will be effective or not. On this day course you will not only learn a much larger repetoire of kicks but also how to deliver even the most simple of kicks with much more POWER and SPEED.

BMAI - Street Combat (Kidon / Krav Maga / Katsas)

Applying martial arts techniques in the street is very different from applying them in the class. Sadly, street altercations do happen, sometimes they can be avoided and sometimes they can't. This no nonsense seminar is designed to teach you exactly how to finish a situation quickly and effectively. This is not to be missed.

BMAI - Sinai Training Camp 2010
September - Taba - Sinai Peninsula
The Training camp is the ultimate experience in martial arts. The camps began back in 2004 and consist of the hardest possible training, that will push every student beyond what they thought was possible. The Camp's trainers are not only Senior Instructors from the BMAI but also Personal Trainers, to ensure you are training safetly but effectively and to the limit. The training camp is one week and includes 5 STAR accomodation and flights and transfers.
