Congratulations for taking the first step towards attaining your health and fitness goals by looking into training with me, International Instructor Ben Holmes.

Achieving Health and Fitness goals is always billed by gyms as being as easy as pay the membership and you lose the weight / gain the fitness / gain the muscle. But in reality, thats not the way it is. Not only do the vast majority of people do the wrong type of training (which was probably given to them in a program by an either unqualified or under qualified gym instructor) but even when someone has a great program most will not train at the correct intensity or maintain the amount of training they should.

THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT - The combination of bad advice in the gym from the so called 'instructors', the continual bombardment of bad and unrealistic information in Men's and Women's magazines such as 'Great Abs in 3 Days' & 'Lose a Stone in a week by drinking tea'

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO -  You need motivation, you need good advice, you need someone to show you how to train smarter... not just harder.

As well as the Morning Group Sessions we also have Personal Training sessions available for individuals and small groups.

NUTRITION
For everyone that signs up to the sessions, they will receive weekly menu suggestions and nutritional advice in everything from how snack without it adversly affecting you, what to eat that actually is tasty and easy to make. Good nutrition is simple and actually easy, diets really are a waste of time. Healthier eating will give you massive results without starving yourself or having to eat cardboard and celery. Healthy eating can be tasty and easy, so i'll help you do it.

DISCOUNTED SERVICES
For those of you thinking about Personal Training, a Tailored Nutrition Plan, Sports Specific Training or a session in one of the many styles of martial arts, self defence or something less combative like Rock Climbing (indoor or outdoor), Scuba Diving, Horse Riding or something else.

WHERE?????
The 1-1 and private groups can be done anywhere, i have a variety of facities including Covent Garden & Surrey including West Byfleet and West Drayton or of course in your home or outdoor training.

WHAT NEXT ?

Fancy some relaxation? Ever thought of Tai Chi or Chi Gung? Chi Gung is similar to Tai Chi. Its fantastic for learning how to relax and is a form of meditation. Chi Gung can improve sleep and make you feel better in yourself.

Fancy something a bit more adrenaline based? How about some rock climbing? Great for fitness and strength, climbing is all fantastic for building confidence in your abilities and achieving goals.
